Application not responding freeze for 3 seconds when launching (OpenCL
related).
Maybe system specific (old drivers), so more intended as notification

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice, short freeze before launch

Actual Results:
Short freeze

Expected Results:
No hang


Reproducible: Always
