Description:
Firefox theme integration doesn't check for internet connectivity at first and
then displays unexpected outputs.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Tools -> Options -> Libreoffice -> Personlisation
2. Click Select Theme buttom.
3. Search for a valid theme without internet connectivity. 


Actual Results:
No theme found. 

Expected Results:
No internet Connectivity.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
