(Also note <https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/#/c/69731/> "Note when
javavendors_*.xml <updated> should be updated" clarifying that
javavendors_*.xml <updated> should only be updated for incompatible changes,
and <https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/#/c/69730/> "javavendors_*.xml <updated>
should not have been updated..." doing a compatible change to javavendors_*.xml
for libreoffice-6-2 towards LO 6.2.3 without updating <updated>.  That means
that updates to those <updated> timestamps will hopefully happen less often in
the future than they happened in the recent past.)
