What is the basis for the conformation. Slow file opening is covered by bug 
84635 (which appears in 4.4.7.2 and 6.3.0.0).

This issue is about choppy tearing when scrolling after LibO is idling.. It's
fine in 4.4.7.2 and "broken" in 6.3.0.0
