Description:
Memory usage increases noticeably on (first) dictionary change 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. attachment 150347 [details] 20 pages of lorem ipsum
2. CTRL+A
3. Tools -> Language -> Paragraph -> Pick something (german/dutch)

Also possible to set different languages for different paragraphs and reset it
finally by CTRL+A Tools -> Language -> Paragraph English or something like that

Actual Results:
Quite a bump after changing to something different

Expected Results:
Less impact (unload of unused dictionary, if that is the cause)


Reproducible: Always
