I can confirm with a docx-file the view changes back to normal
=> I changed bug summary and I hope you agree

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a new docment in writer
2. Change view to web
3. Save as docx
4. Open docx-file

Result: View modus is Normal (it doesn't happen with an odt-file)
