Thank you for your test document.

I can confirmt the behaviour you describe with this document.

1) Load the document into 
Version: 6.2.1.2
Build ID: 7bcb35dc3024a62dea0caee87020152d1ee96e71
Threads CPU : 4; OS : Mac OS X 10.14.3; UI Render : par défaut; VCL: osx; 
Locale : fr-FR (fr_FR.UTF-8); Langue IHM : fr-FR
Calc: threaded

2) Hover the mouse cursor over any of the links in the TOC.

3) Observe how the link is displayed as a series of squares instead of the
correct characters
