Select the whole text. You should be able to adjust the leading between
paragraphs without affecting the leading between lines of the paragraphs, and
without affecting the indentations.

You can do this using Format > Spacing > Increase Paragraph Spacing, but their
is only one value.

You ought to be able to do this using Format > Paragraph > Spacing > Below
paragraph:. You can put in any value here. I like to put in 0.5 pc.

It messes up the paragraph indentations.
It does work if the paragraphs are adjusted one at a time, but that takes too
long!

It works on version 6.1.5 but not on 6.2.2.2 (on Ubuntu MATE 18.10).

It also does not work on Solus 4 MATE.
