As a member of the LO RTL QA "team", I would like to point out this is
currently one of the most significant RTL bugs in LibreOffice, as we see it
(there was an actual discussion rating prominence of RTL bugs on our Telegram
group). This bug essentially means LO cannot be used to work with PDFs with RTL
content.

In light of the latter sentence, I ask that the severity be raised to major;
and in light of the former sentence, I ask its importance be raised as well.
