Jan-Marek Glogowski committed a patch related to this issue.
It has been pushed to "libreoffice-6-2":

tdf#124292 Qt5 / KDE5 disable Qt's HiDPI scaling

It will be available in 6.2.4.

The patch should be included in the daily builds available at
