    #102963# SetEvalDateFormat(NF_EVALDATEFORMAT_FORMAT) to use the format key
at the number formatter

specifically with the single use of toNullDate() in
nValue =
DBTypeConversion::toNullDate(DBTypeConversion::getNULLDate(xNumberFormatter->getNumberFormatsSupplier()),nValue);
