Description:
Current SVG icons are small and hard to see/read in Help pages. Provide a way
to enlarge them.



Steps to Reproduce:
pen a help page with toolbar icons

Actual Results:
Icons too small

Expected Results:
isons too small


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
