Tested in Linux Mint 19.1; Libreoffice 6.x; Impress

-- Open new Impress document
-- Insert a image or rectangle on slide
-- Click on the image or the rectangle
-- Now again click on the image or the rectangle and keep down the mouse left
button to 1-2 second.
-- Move the mouse and watch what happens: not the object moves, only an icon.

The editing is very hard with touchpad of notebook.
