Description:
Lines/arrows drawn in an xlsx file are misplaced when opening the file in LO
calc.

Attached:
arrows.xlsx: the excel file
arrows-excel.png: how it looks when opened in ms excel.
arrows-LO.png: how it looks when opened in LO calc.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the attached xlsx in excel. The arrows are placed correctly.
2.Open the attached xlsx in LO calc. The arrows are misplaced.


Actual Results:

Expected Results:
See arrows-excel.png
