A sample spreadsheet from https://ask.libreoffice.org/en/question/193663

The attachment opens longer than in 220 s on my system. Hard recalc takes only
~4 s - so it looks like it makes multiple unnecessary recalcs during load,
instead of a single one after everything loaded?
