I wanted to prepare a form for a letter. The header and footer shall only
appear on the first page of it. I read, in order to do this, one has to select
footer on and deselect same content on first page. I also deselected same
content on right and left pages. (I don't know if the recommendation is right
that one has to first have to do these selections in Format>Page tab Footer
before inserting anything into the footer).

The I copied the footer (which was a tabel of size 3*3) from my first draft. My
first draft did not have these special settings to the footer of the new
document.

LO Writer crashed. An automatic Bug report was sent. Unfortunately I do not
know, where LO stores its crash reports.
