Description:
Disappeares some tools from contextual single when cursor is in the Writer
table

Steps to Reproduce:
0. Open Writer (with enabled experimental features)
1. Make sure that icon size for NB is Large
2. Select View->User interface->Contextual single
3. Insert a table into document (cursor is inside of table)
4. Press chevron icon on right side of bar
5. Shows additional tools 
6. Click on table, additional tools will be hide , but
7. Disappears Set Line Spacing and Background Color tools. It moved on to
chevron additional toolbar

Actual Results:
Disappeares some tools

Expected Results:
GUI works as expected
