When I open a .csv file and make it editable, calc crashes if I attempt to
change the number formating (specifically, making the numbers currency).

If I open the file, make it editable, and save it as a .ods file, it still
crashes.

I have to open, save it, close it and open the saved file before I can change
number formats.
