Hello, Thank you for reporting this. I downloaded an CSV sample file saved it
as odt and changed one number to USD currency. No crash. 

Could you please provide us with clear step on how did you produce the crash?
Also attaching a sample file after removing personal information would be very
useful.

I'm setting the bug status to NEEDINFO, Please set it to UNCONFIRMED again
after providing the requested data.
