if i change options (Version: 6.3.0.0.alpha0+ (x64)):

Input in Tables
 [ ] Number recognition
   [ ] Number format recognition
   [ ] Alignment

i cannot reproduce an alignment change after changing cell value in <A1> 

but with default settings:

Input in Tables
 [ ] Number recognition
   [x] Number format recognition
   [x] Alignment

alignment changes
