This year(2019), National Institute of Korean(국립국어원/國立國語院) opened Korean
Dictionary content License. It changed CC-BY-SA License.

표준국어대사전(標準國語大辭典, Standard Korean Dictionary) Link:
https://stdict.korean.go.kr/main/main.do

Nowaday, Korean people can easily access Dictionary's contents. (License is
freely used it).

If I have a time, I'll summarize and release Korean dictionary Data on
LibreOffice.

If I have a time, I'll change the state 'ASSIGNED'.
