Helplines and snap guides no longer visible on macOS although their visibility
is selected in View / Grid and Helplines, View / Snap Guides. Impress and Draw
are affected.

Issue exists using macOS. Using Linux helplines and snap guides are displayed
correctly. It seems to be a regression.
