Description:
The attached Keynote presentation created with Keynote for iCloud with the
Parchment theme. The slide background is missing on import.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached Keynote file
2. Compare with the attached PDF exported from Keynote for iCloud.

Actual Results:
White background.

Expected Results:
The slide should have a background image.
