Bug ID: 128617
Summary: FILEOPEN DOCX Gradient colors lost after opening and
closing Area settings tab
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 6.4.0.0.alpha1+ Master
Hardware: All
OS: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Chart
Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
Reporter: libreoffice at nisz.hu
Description:
Attached document contains a chart with gradient fill set for the first data
series. Opening the Area tab and closing it makes the gradient colors reset to
black and white.
Does not happen with gradient fill of a shape or with an ODT source file.
Also happens if we change a new charts gradient settings: Angle, Border, From
or To colors and press OK. Adding the new settings to the preset list works.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attached document and start editing the charts first data series
2. Notice that it has a Yellow to Lime gradient
3. Close the Area window without changes
OR:
1. Create a new chart
2. Set a gradient fill for a data series
3. Change any of the Center (X / Y), Angle, Border, From, To settings
4. Press OK -> All settings reset to default 0 / Black / White
Actual Results:
The chart dataseries gradient colors become black and white, Angle becomes 0
degrees and Border becomes 0%.
Expected Results:
Colors remain unchanged.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
