Description:
Inserting tabulation with ruler into text box don't work


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert a text box
2. Edit text into this text box adding "A<tab>B"
3. Adding tab position by clicking in the horizontal ruler.


Actual Results:
Text box's text doesn't use this new tab position.
The tab position is set for the main document.

Expected Results:
Tab position must be set for paragraph of text box.
