i can confirm this behaviour with:

Version: 6.3.3.2 (x64)

CPU-Threads: 4; BS: Windows 10.0; UI-Render: Standard; VCL: win; 
Gebietsschema: de-DE (de_DE); UI-Sprache: de-DE

and with:

LO Version 3.6.7.2 (Build ID: e183d5b)

but it works with AOO 4.1.5 and ms excel 2016
