Repro 6.4+
But this DOCX has only ToC and no contents. So I guess not a valid example.
Better to test with original DOCX  attachment 103815.
Saving in Lo 6.4+ as RTF on reopen in LO gives "File format error at
3116,7(row,col)". MSO is unable to open document.

Note: RT and ToC update of DOCX gives somewhat different table, seems trivial.
Looks OK in MSO.
RT of DOC gives wrong preview of table but ToC update fixes that. MSO opens
with errors and repairs. ToC also looks wrong and update somewhat fixes it.
