Problems still exist in LO 6.4+:
1. In the 1st page the 0000 and Dupont.. texts are positioned differently in
AutoShape
2. starting from pg 2 the contents are out of sync
3. header and footer content in page is wrong, vertical text and table.

This issue will hardly be resolved for two reasons: multiple problems are
rarely solved and document was created in a wrong manual way.
And especially that if DOC is saved in MSO as DOCX, 1. opens the same and 2. is
a problem both in MSO and LO. 
3. is the most important bug here. related to other bugs, there's bug 74334.
Import is better from DOCX, although not perfect. That would require minimal
example. I'll report separately unless I find a duplicate.

All in all, this report is of no value.
