Find and Replace Dialog update V1

The existing Dialog use non align checkboxes and the content is arranged
somewhere but as written not well arranged.

Attached an first proposal

3 column layout

1st column
- only checkboxes

2nd column
- all 3 items are related to each other

3rd column
- special app specific column
