            Bug ID: 128783
           Summary: Cannot disable List items in Impress
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 6.3.2.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Impress
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: sven.glueckspilz at mastersong.de

Description:
After I added a new row in an exisitng table (without bullets) within an
Impress slide, each new cell would be displayed as list item (with a bullet). I
can choose what bullet or number I want, but I cannot demote the list item to a
normal text.
Bullets even remain when I copy the format from another non-bullet cell to the
new cells.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a small table within a slide
2. enter some data
3. add a new row at the end of the table
4. enter some data to the new cells --> cell content will have bullet points

Actual Results:
cell content will have bullet points

Expected Results:
cell content will **NOT** have bullet points, or at least they can be toggled

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
using LO  with Oracles JRE 1.8. on Xubuntu 1910 with all recent updates;

resetting the user profile and safe mode did not solve the problem;
 OpenCL is not enabled
