Index headings in document structure of PDF

If an odt. document contains 

- a Table of Contents

- a Table of Figures and 

- a Bibliography, 

and you export this file as a PDF, with the options "Tagged PDF (add document
structure)" and "Export bookmarks", the navigation area / document structure in
the generated PDF file does not contain the elements with the names 

- "Table of Contents"

- "Table of Figures" and 

- "Bibliography". 

My PDF viewer is Okular. The same behaviour occurs if the PDF file is viewed in
Firefox.

This behaviour probably affects all other indexes.
