Blurry may not be the best description, it's more pixelated.

You can clearly see the pixels in the toolbar icons, as it's low res version. I
can not see this in e.g., Microsoft Office apps

Also the dropdown chevrons are pixelated

Where are the icons stored in the application bundle? would be the quickest way
to confirm they are low resolution
