Writer supported btlr text in tables. Shortly after that commit, the btlr text
disappeared in some complex tables. 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached file in lo 6.4+

Expected results
1. First cell under 2011 should read "USA" in btlr

Note: The A in "USA" is missing with OpenGL. See Bug 126405
