I have added my answers after each of your questions.


Just to be sure, if you launch Writer, just type "test" then try to save in
local hard disk, it fails I suppose? YES, IT FAILS

If you launch Wordpad (from Windows), just type "test" then try to save in
local hard disk, it doesn't fail? NO; IT DOESN'T FAIL

Did you retrieve LO from official website
(https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/)? I HAVE A SWEDISH VERSION,
DOWNLOADED FROM SV.LIBREOFFICE.ORG

What's your Windows version? IHAVE WINDOWS 10, VERSION 1909
Have you got some antivirus installed? If yes, could you disable it temporarily
and give it a new try? I USE WINDOWS DEFENDER. NOT SURE HOW TO SWITCH IT OFF
