Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice Writer or Impress
2. Type in Tamil (You could use translate.google.com or can take any content
from ta.wikipedia.org)
3. Make it bold 

Expected: Content should be bolded
Actual: Not Happening.  

Sample Text: தமிழில்

Actual Results:
Content is not getting bolded

Expected Results:
Content should be bolded


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
