Well, Ctrl+ShiFt+e of course, sorry for the typo.  It is the shortcut to
activate/deactivate track changes.  It seems like in 6.3 this is now
Ctrl+Shift+c

I’ve been having this with several documents.  Attaching a reproducer is not
worth it, it happens all the time.

I used the current LO on my updated Linux Mint 19 system.  Installing a newer
one is quite some work, which I’d rather not do.  I’m just signalling here, not
prepared to contribute a lot of time I’m afraid.  But hey, since it’s a fresh
new version, I did.  But I regret already, it cost me a lot of time and once
installed I had to find out which executable to use.

And… it now works as expected.
Bummer.
