This is an example of wrong bug report, no steps and not reproducible, even no
screenshot or sample file.
If not sure, there's https://ask.libreoffice.org/ you may ask there.
This might be something trivial as that if text marked from right, new one is
typed after, and if marked from left, new one typed before.
I'll close as Invalid. 
If you have reproducible steps, you may set Unconfirmed again.
