Bug ID: 127917
Summary: RadioButton on PDF export not working correctly
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 6.3.1.2 release
Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
OS: Mac OS X (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: Writer
Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
Reporter: Hartmut at schulze-velmede.de
Description:
If you create a document in writer with controls to export it as a PDF with
forms, radio buttons are not usable with Acrobat Reader.
This issue is only valid for version 6.3.1.2, version 6.2.7.1 runs fine.
Another hint: why is export range preselection "selection" in 6.3.1.2 instead
of "all" as in 6.2.7.1?
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a writer document with two radio button. Give them same name and
group name. Set both "not selected" (if you set on selected it won't work
either...)
2. Save and export as PDF. Check forms export, format PDF or FDF (regardless)
3. Open document with acrobat reader. Try to set one button.
Actual Results:
you can't set a radio button with acrobat reader (on MAC OSX, not tried with
other OS)
Expected Results:
you can set radio button with acrobat reader. This runs fine, if you do the
same steps with version 6.2.7.1.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
Files attached:
OptionButton.odt: Source document (created with version 6.2.7.1, but issue is
also valid if created with 6.3.1.2)
OptionButton_6_3_1_2.pdf: PDF created with 6.3.1.2
OptionButton_6_2_7_1.pdf: PDF created with 6.2.7.1 (same source document, same
setting)
