Confirmed in Ubuntu 19.04. The following is the assertion, perhaps a missing
file? I wonder if it's related to bug 126293's fix.

BitmapInfoAccess::BitmapInfoAccess(Bitmap&, BitmapAccessMode): Assertion
`xImpBmp && "Forbidden Access to empty bitmap!"' failed.
