Repro 6.4+
In MSO we can click directly to text end edit. Also there are right-click
options (in what would be LO's Arrange right-click menu) "Bring in front of
text" (which behaves like LO now) and "Send behind the text" (which behaves as
expected and which seems default because attached ODT opens like that).
