--- Comment #1 from Thomas Lendo <thomas.lendo at gmail.com> ---
Dear bug reporter,
the horizontal line is created due to the activated AutoCorrect option 'Apply
border'.

Changing the option:
1. Go to menu Tools > AutoCorrect > AutoCorrect Options...
2. Go to tab Options.
3. Deactivate the 'Apply border' setting by removing the check mark.

Work around to remove a horizontal line without deactivating the option:
1. Select the parapraph or put the cursor into the paragraph, where the line is
below
2a. Choose menu Format > Clear Direct Formatting (or type Ctrl + M)
2b. Or got to menu Format > Paragraph, go to tab 'Border' and remove the line
that is visible in the 'User-defined' border preview.

I change this to a duplicate of an old existing bug.
If you have further input, please comment on the other bug.

On my test installation of LibreOffice 6.4 this 'Apply border' setting isn't
activated by default, so maybe this has been changed.

*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 45721 ***
