But can't the same be said for the XML holding SVG?  Anyhow, provind folks a
clean path to import their ps/eps/pdf to functional EMF/SVG vector graphics.

If not popler/cairo then maybe pdfium/skia?

Just bring it in with high fidelity with pushing it into BMP rasters. At that
point we can drop the ps/eps/pdf from the archive and not have to worry about
printing or round tripping, right?
