Thanks for filing, but please be more specific.

Is the original document an ODF text document (.odt)? Or a Microsoft binary
text document (.doc)?

Are you saving (exporting with Save-as) to OOXML (.docx)?

And of course we Export to PDF--are you trying to do that multiple times from
the same edit session?

Please rewrite your description so we can follow your steps.
