test PPT and PPT resaved in MSO compared in MSO2016 and LO64+

As noted before, LO 6.4+ opens PPT wrong, while MSO opens it fine. 
If resaved in MSO, LO opens it right. 
This should definitely be fixed. 

Another example attachment 154761 from bug 127967, compared as attachment
155050.
