I guess that is after you skip/overrule the gatekeeper check? (no such messages
here when not skipping the check)

FYI: no change when creating a build on Catalina with XCode 11 (as to High
Sierra with XCode 10) (although build needs some tweaking as DYLD-paths are
ignored)
