A spreadsheet with VBA macro using FormulaR1C1

Running the macro "Макрос5" from VBAProject/Module2 in the attached file in
debug master build breaks an assert and crashes:

Possibly relevant is that I have tested it with a locale which uses semicolon
as formula argument separator.
