For the standard view we want to be as close as possible to the system look and
feel. But we have a couple of Notebookbars that hide the main menu. That should
solve #1, while #2 is rather a toolbar and #3 not possible (but why not run the
application in full-screen mode?). So all together I think its a WFM.
