https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/81616 aims to reinstate the fix reverted here in
comment 50, so that the error would only be thrown when using IDE (so that
installed extensions and document with macros with the error would continue to
work until edited in the IDE, which supposedly must mean that a developer is
ready to finally fix this missing parenthesis error). Please review.
