This enhancement is completely out of scope, same as other enhancements asking
for LibreOffice to become a email client. LibreOffice is as office suite, not a
email client nor a web editor.
If you want to use LibreOffice or gedit to write your html or css code, fair
enough, but it's not what they are designed for, there are specific foss
projects for that purpose.
