Undoing a copied frame (e.g., with Ctrl-Z) still results in the cursor jumping
to the head of the file.  

(No problems with making multiple copies of a frame with Ctrl-V). 

No problems with changing anchors (see comment 1)

Have changed title to better reflect the bug.
